My Dad, at the tender age of 85, has written his first book! It's the story of his stay in Antarctica for several months back in 1963, with his pictures! It's a great read, if I do say so myself, and the telling has kept him busy and happy for the past year. I'm awfully proud of him

She returned to TN to their home of 25 years and started missing him again. After a couple of weeks, however, she found a penny on the floor where she knew there had been nothing a few hours before. She picked it up and decided it was 'a penny from heaven', a message from Daddy. As the weeks went by, every time she was really sad s

My Daddy left on his last and best journey on Christmas Eve. He was 88, he and Mom have been married almost 61 years, and he's been my daddy for 60 years. He's at peace, and out of pain, and hopefully enjoying all kinds of new adventures...
